De-addicting myself form no-pmo, smoking, watching movies all day and you tubing.

    Hi all,
    Lately I have realized I have become addicted to all sort of addictions which are affecting my social, sexual and every day life. I am addicted to pmo for a long time and can't have sex with my gf. I watch movies whole day and video's on YouTube and Facebook. I have started feeling like I am living meaningless life.
    Now i have to overcome all these addictions simultaneously as one leads to other like watching movies containing hot scenes leads to porn and I ultimately pmo.
    I need your help in this journey guys and suggest ways to achieve it.

    I have decided to join gym for workout and getting myself busy with work. Is there anything else that can be useful in this journey.

    All suggestions and support will mean a lot to me. Also i will write daily on my progress on all addictions.

    same story here.
    but as i spend more time on nofap.com , i get more awareness about myself.
    nofap has 100000members . lets help each other and ourself.

    A good start:
    Goal - set up a reasonable nofap challenge. Don't do "forever". Start with something difficult but obtainable.
    Journal - Write down your progress. I journal here and at home.
    Fight - Don't give up. If you fail (and we all do) pick yourself back up. Try looking at the big picture. Think of all your streaks as little victories.
    Substitute - Hobbies, exercise, reading, friends, family. You'll need a PMO substitute.

    Yes, stay active is part of the solution. Also when your thoughts are tending towards PM, switch to other thoughts or get up, move, get out.

    Sorry, but willpower will only get you so far. I could only do 20 or 30 days on will power. This is what is known as "white knucking" in SA. If you want longer streaks you'll have to go deeper.

    truely said. will power would go 10-30days only.
    so it is important to build good habit always. i always wanted to have good habits, good thoughts, good surrounding. i had willpower too. but it was not possible to go with same willpower everyday.

    Going to sleep. Didn't smoke. Having some cravings for touching penis with hand or other object. But I am going down again.
