so, I'm day 72 or something. but I'm still not convinced i have a porn addition.
    ill explain.
so porn wise, i watched it maybe 3 times a week, maybe 4. for 10 mins. i go on find what i want and the jobs finished, the whole thing takes 10 mins...
this is been the way for years..
i never get hard over porn. always takes simulation to achieve and errection..
now the reason i think i could of been addicted it that i can't get it up when it comes to sex with anyone new.. the girl I've been on and off with for like ever, it goes up before i even taken my clothes off.. but any new girl, it takes like 2 or 3 separate tries to get it up...
I'm more learning towards this being performance anxiety and not porn... or another thought was i was masterbating to much or to close to when i was going to meet a girl.. id love to have some thought of that you guys think, cause i really don't know

IMO is very simple, you said you have been watching porn consistently 3-4 times a week, I would ask you can you stop that? Is different from wanting or not to stop. And what leads you to do it.

Well if you are not addicted then in theory you could stop at anytime you wanted but that doesn't mean that porn hasn't taken its toll on you.Masturbation is also bad for you if you cross the line and by what you say then you did cross the line.If i asked you to quit PMO for an X amount of days would you do it with ease?If you could not do it with ease then you are addicted.

Whatever the case go for at least 90 days without PMO and then you can see where it leads you.Your problems will be cured in time when your reboot is over.So keep going on your journey and you will see that things will start to get better and better and your problems will fade away
