Day 60 and no benefits

ik this might sound too personal but are you on any anti-depressants because when I was on Zoloft I had 0 benefits from nofap and I was on day 30 something. Are you edging at all because that can have a big impact on your reboot also. There are many factors that can negatively impact your sex drive/sexual energy which will hinder your benefits.

 

From what I understand, the no libido will go away eventually...

 

yeah but if he is on day 60 it should have already have been back unless he was fapping 20 times a day or something. Their has to be another factor here.

You're probably right about the anti-depressants then.
I've been on some that basically made me asexual. Zoloft's one of the worst.

 

Yeah I have really bad social anxiety but i will NEVER take any drug that alters my psychological state again ever, SSRI's are bad news.

 

That might be why look to see if it has any sexual side effects is it does you got your answer.

 

I took Zoloft for about ten years, and although I did become "anorgasmic," the stability of my emotions changed my life. I know some people have bad reactions to certain meds, but I wanted to speak up for SSRIs a little bit. I hope you don't mind.

At the moment, I'm taking Trintellix, which is a fairly new SSRI, and I'm doing amazingly well. I don't notice any sexual side effects at all. Try suggesting that one to your doctor, whoever would like to give that a try.

 

IMHO, your 60 days doesn't necessarily mean you are going to get all the benefits. Plus, benefits is a strong word.
I've been near that number you are talking about, and I was nowhere happy. More miserable as before, actually. I know it sucks, but that's the way it is. It's flatline.

I was reading this guy's post, you should have a look, he is 150 days into nofap and feeling terrible.
I think some extreme addicts need more time to reboot.

Maybe he's older. A 19 year old who's PMO'd for 5 years and is now doing NoFap will experience results rather differently than a 30 year old who's PMO'd for 16 years.
