    these are my tips

Get a passion a hobby in life.
start seducing woman. Go out there and talk to them. That helped me a lot not to jerk off. Because i knew there where actually real life woman i could talk to..
Start geting more confidence and positive thoughts because the more stressed out and insecure you are the more you want to relapse

  3. This isn't a good idea in the begining. may be we can say just talk with women.

Develope a new habit, start workout to make your body tired. Otherwise you'll end up in PMO within 15 days.
First two weeks are always hard but you can do it if you've a proper schedule in your day to day life.

well .... in a way this is true ... with this, you get PMO free ...

    But it escalates ...

You will become a womanizer, and then you find yourself sexting all night, and meeting married women in hotel rooms ....

Remember this reboot is not about women (re: "seducing women"), it is about you, it is about becoming a better person.

The best approaches are ones that focus on what to do more of, not what to do less of. As kinepietro said, find a hobby/passion. Improve your diet, exercise routine, start meditating.

Personally, I found it helpful to significantly reduce the amount of digital women in my life. In fact, for my current reboot I have avoided digital women all together. In other words, no Facebook, not dating web-sites, no youtube videos if there are women in them, and no television/movies if there are women in them (I only watch nature documentaries). Literally...no digital women (I also avoid two-dimensional women as well).

Understand that this is going to be a life-style adjustment. You will have more time in your life and you will need to learn how to fill this space.

Remember not to trust your intellect. You may think that watching a youtube video where an attractive women is fully clothed is harmless, but your body thinks differently. This will likely have a negative effect on your body and be a setback. Personally, I found it too hard to draw this fine line, so my plan is to avoid digital women all together until after my reboot.

    Best of luck.

    Perfectly said.
    It's about leading yourself.

Addiction means that you lose control over yourself.

The first 30 days are always the most difficult...just like with any other addiction. Sometimes just knowing that it will get easier can go a long way with those early struggles. If you give in to the temptation you have to start over again and again...and you go no where.

My advice is to keep yourself focused on recovery for that first month. Read about addiction recovery, learn about the disease and tools to help you in recovery, open up to someone close to you about your struggle (not easy but absolutely critical), find someone to be accountable to and speak with them at least twice weekly or more, get a hobby to keep you occupied (exercise or sports are best to keep your stress level low), post on nofap or other forums often early in your recovery, avoid being alone and bored until you feel confident that you can handle it (this is a big trigger for many of us), have a plan for your week ahead of time to avoid triggering situations, start journaling to cope with your life stresses and determine what your triggers are. If you do relapse...figure out why it happened, what you were feeling the days leading up to it, and what you need to do to prevent it. Get software to keep you safe and accountable. If an app is a problem for you...ditch it. At least early in recovery. Same with movies/shows. Avoid those triggers at all cost. I'm far into my recovery and I still avoid these triggers. Sex or nudity on TV just makes me feel uncomfortable now...so I avoid it. Never stop learning from your mistakes. Build some momentum and keep fighting ;)
