Read books related to brain, how porn influences your brain or life.
How to stop bad habits and replace it with good ones.

Go for a walk. That takes you away from the computer for a bit and allows time for the urge to pass.

The urges can be strong and come on quickly but the evidence from nicotine addiction says that the average urge only lasts for seven minutes. If you can ride it out for 15 minutes then you'll probably find that the urge has gone. Something you could try is to say "OK, if this urge is still there in 15 minutes then I'll act on it". That should hopefully be enough to calm down the brain and allow you to do something else. In 15 minutes then 99% of the time the urge will have passed.

Get up, back away from your computer a few metres, and try to imagine yourself sitting there, obsessed. Then compare that with you sitting there doing something more productive like trying to learn a new language with a native on skype or something. Then think of all the goals you've got. Next, go and begin making new habits that'll get you closer to your goals.
(I did this minutes ago, but instead of thinking of my goals I stood in front of my mirror, said my name, my goals and the good things about me)

Also, as @diddykong said, it's amazingly helpful to take a short walk.

Hobbies that get you out of the house and offline are good. Take a class, go to the gym. For me anytime I'm out of the house and around other people I don't have to worry.

Coming to this website is also good. Reading people's stories. Reading about addiction. Or watch a movie or documentary. I find documentaries are good for getting outside yourself.

Its all about accountability! You need to get an accountability partner you can call when you're tempted to look at that stuff. He should also be willing to check in on you frequently and hold you accountable. Otherwise, in my opinion, you won't change anything. I HIGHLY recommend that you find yourself an accountability partner that you're both committed to and keep checking with each other and really hold each othet accountable, but still encourage each other as well. THAT is what we all should do when we feel tempted!
