I'm sure this has been posted many times before (sorry), but the idea of NoFap is to completely wipe out PMO of course, but what about sex? partner or not. Is it any different to a one night stand or a deep and meaningful relationship. Would it reset your counter. If you can't, how long till you're allowed to? Thanks.
Thanks Abel. So I'm also wondering how you would tell a girl that you just met what you're actually doing and how to make it sound normal. Could possibly see rejection a lot doing this?
I have an even more complicated struggle. Since my wife probably can't handle another 'honey I've got to tell you this moment again I'm trying to quit on my own while in the meantime try to have normal (better) sex with her. For me not having sex simply isn't an option. I am gonna ask for her to not do anything with her hands anymore, just to give me a bit of breather.
I had a similar question and was wondering if people had any information on how sex effected the process. Does it just extend it? Does it make a full recovery not really work? What are the risks with trying this challenge and still engaging in real sex?
I personally am still having sex since I quit PMO. Since day one actually. I have sex quite frequently. My personal experience is that my sensation is more intense and so are my O's. My expectations for sex are slightly more lenient even though it's been a short time.
