After Nofap from 18th May and completing Nofap June and July im now on 74 days Nofap on hard mode. Now continuing abstain August, It will be 105 days Nofap after this month.

Signed-up for no PMO in July as a new user, failed once but at least achieved the "no O" part. After that episode now I think I "get it" and can make it through August and beyond.

Alright, I'm 17 and I'm planning on quitting porn and fapping altogether, going for semi-hard mode though, since well I still haven't lost my V-card, and if I get a gf and she wants it on, I'm getting it on with her. I intend to go for 90 days now, and will go on from that. Hopefully.

I've decided to do this after having a freaking year of HOCD and well a bit of high libido.

My intentions is to remove porn and fapping completely from my life, and go on to only be attracted to girls in REAL LIFE, none of that virtual shit anymore, reboot my brain and reboot my intense sexual porn preferences, and gain the social benifits of NoFap. Time to bring back and ignite that sexual fire for real partners and be how it's supposed to be for a real man.

 

Going "hard mode" i.e 30 without PMO at all. Plan to extend this forever.
My aim is to eradicate fapping from my life.
I believe it is the root of all the barriers stopping me from living the life I want.

 

Didn't do great in the July challenge, got some good momentum going for august though now.

Going hardmode, with the long term goal being to never go back to porn.

P and M are completely unproductive and a mood killer so I'd like to remove the habits altogether. I'll set my timer at 90 days for now though.

In the act, porn and masturbating feel great but afterward I always feel sick and drained, emotionally and physically. These acts have been undermining everything else for a long long time. It's eroded my integrity. I've felt like I can't follow through with what I set out to do. Like I don't have control of myself. My self respect has suffered.
