I Was Okay until Morning.I Bathed and Had My Break-fast,But Then As i Came To My Room For Studying,I felt a Huge Urge to Watch Porn and Masturbate(as Today was Sunday,I Had to go Nowhere),And I Opened My Laptop and Was using Facebook For A While,And Suddenly My Computer Genius Mind Struck an Idea,I uninstalled The K9 Using Some Uninstaller that i Downloaded from Google.Then I Deleted the K9 Filter Files.I watched "Passionate Porn" then,And I Masturbated Seeing that Passionate Porn.As Usual,The Relapse Was on Holiday... :( Guys,Now I've Decided to Not Use K9 anymore,I think It Craves me to watch Porn More.And Is There any A.P(IGY or Suyash) or anyone else On SKYPE? I think Video Calling will help me A lot.And Guys Please Tell me , I Should Start With what Target?(5 days,10 Days,90 Days) .The idea to Set Daily Target Failed.Please Guys, Help me with Skype or Something? I Really Need your Support Guys. :(

    Hey man, i totally know how you feel! I have been there done that for over 8 years of my life.

    One thing you have to remember is that IT IS POSSIBLE TO STOP!! every human being has the self control to stop. Being a Christian, I once heard a preacher say "don't you ever say you can't control yourself, at least be honest and say I don't WANT to control myself."

    the question is how badly do you want it? what is your motivation behind stopping? you NEED to have a good reason. let me share mine with you:

    -My girlfriend and I want to have a successful marriage (when we get married). Controlling my sexual urges improves literally every aspect of my relationship with her. I show her true love and we have the deepest connection. It is so amazing and fulfilling.

    -My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the one i live my life for, only wants to do what is best for me and he tells me sexual sin is very harmful. I want to please the master of the entire universe!(your beliefs may vary, but take it for what it is)

    -I want to have control of my life and live my life to the fullest!


    I would also say don't worry about the days your goal is. Just start with 30 days and go from there!

    Also an absolute last minute trick i learned.... put Vick's menthol vapo rub on your private part... it certainly deters you a bit from doing it...

    Sorry mate I dont use skype. Just reflect on the circumstances that led to relapse. Avoid them, as I keep saying....

    My few thoughts:
    1. Be clear on your motivation and make sure sure that the benefits of achieving your objectives far outweigh the need for pmo
    2. Avoid being on your own on weekends and during trigger periods. You know what times you get triggered most. Seek to socialise more during those times. Keep busy. Don't forget to work out, it surely does help
    3. Get a good hobby outside your studies that helps take your mind away
    4. Maybe a good idea to set your initial target at one week, once you reach it adjust the counter to 14 days, then 21 and further. That is what I am trying to do.
    5. Get an accountability partner as soon as possible
    6. Don't give up
    7. When you trip, get up and keep moving. Someday you will enough traction to go further

    In the end there is no magic formula. It is damn hard work, but it pays off. Good luck
