Is it normal guys?

    Been clean for 9 days, but the first week was tough, urges getting worse and worse day by day, flashback often crossing my mind, is it normal? What stage of process do i experience? I usually relapse on day 2-3 so a week clean is like a mini achievement for me. Based on your experiences, When will the flashbacks go? After how many days?
    Been hell of 9 days so far, but i'm trying not to touch myself especially my junk.

    Not sure, this is my first attempt at PM. Your smart not to touch yourself to arousal. From what I've read we will eventually "flatline" and not have so many flashbacks.

    I guess that it's normal. I've only been at it a few days now and I've had tons of fantasies. I'm also trying hard not to touch myself because I know where that can lead. Very hard.
