    Hey DJ,

Great, i'm back to my old loving self again. But with a few changes like a ripped body, no procrastination, high energy, I really do feel like a kid again. Beauty is now beautiful and I can find it in anything.

I've had my shares of struggles, mainly due to my own foolishness, I can't be on this forum because I've realized it is a trigger to talk about not doing something.

In all it's been a good first door to open into a world of opportunities.

Well, I'd love to give you a time frame but it really depends on so many factors that it's hard to give you anything really.. even the first stage can be of 2-3 days, but I'd say for me it took 30-60 days to get to stage 4. Keep in mind that when I flatline I do anything I can to get me out of it as fast as possible, some just wait and then it can take months.

Getting out of a flatline is fairly simple.
But expecting it is preparing your body for it. Don't expect it.

To get out of a flatline you need to raise testostorone and ice your balls.

Hi, I am a new Fapstronaut. And i am struggling a lot.
Your post is a real inspiration for me, just today I was sorta thinking about relapsing.

    i have a question tho:
What does it mean? That you failed and had to actually undergo all these steps every year once you relapse and start over?
I don't want to feel like this anymore than once, that's why I won't relapse ahah
