Today is my 15th day of nofap and I am doing quite well as of now. 1) I have started to do regular exercise that is I walk for almost 7 km everyday. 2) My energy levels have gone very high. Stamina has increased and I constantly don't feel hungry. 3) concentration has increased and am really focusing well on my studies as well as regular work. For now this are the changes I feel. For 15 days I am happy with this kind of results. Hope to continue nofap for minimum 90 days.
Nice. Keep it up. From past experience, I suggest that you also put up a routine - I mean plan your day, physical environment etc so that the likelihood of you ending up alone in front of a computer is minimized.
