I dont think nofap will help you get rid of those thoughts. Also these thoughts aren't evil. It depends on the person with whom you're discussing such stuff. Men and women often discuss their sexual desires in crude manner. Locker-room talk.
It may not be okay but it's not a sin and it's all subjective.

I, too, harbor a liking for the larger ladies. It probably came from liking T and A. Initially, I just liked girls who were a little chubby. But as time passed, I found myself looking at bigger and bigger women, transitioning from BBWs to SSBBWs, women who are clearly so heavy that they're doing serious damage to their health. This left me feeling kinda crappy.
