I've still not got my head around it. I've read a lot of posts on sites like YBOP. But they put some really advanced level English on there and I just cant catch onto what I'm reading. I'm not slow in the head or whatever. I just dont get it. One minute somebody says there isn't a correlation and then some other guy writes up a long article stating that it does and it helps and vice versa. I'm feeling so brain fucked right now, I first read up about testosterone and PMO back in 2015 and sill don't know whether its true or not. Me personally, I Hope that it is true because I do boxing and need all that super level of testosterone. I'm on day 2 coming off a 17 day streak and I think it does boost testosterone. Despite the fact that I have Crohn's disease I'm sill able to run around the house and punch shit up and feel Angry and be so aggressive. On my last streak I had a realy short temper but at times I was able to control, I was running around like I'm coked up even after I relapsed. On day 2 right now all I wanna do is hit up the punching bag, go crazy, scream,go to the opp block with a long barrel, stab someone, driveby. I just feel like dong a lot of CRAZY shit right. I feel like m hyped up all of a sudden. Is it NoFap ???????????????????????

Could anyone with any knowledge or experience or even anything PLEASE reply. I need to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as I know, abstaining from PMO for 7 days will raise testosterone levels by 140% but only for a short period of time and after that, testosterone levels will begin to fluctuate to its baseline level.

  3. I can explain,
When we not allow ourselves to release ,there is no effect on testosterone levels.
but by the 7th day of abstinence, there is sudden rise in testosterone levels.it is called "spike"

this is a cycle to be experienced however it may vary from.person to person.

so there is no permanent growth in testosterone but just one day surge in normal males.

Its similar to periods in women, when they are most fertile in middle of month.

So basically every 7 days the testosterone raises to a very high level.

Approximately, changes for person. I think I had mine yesterday after 11 days as I couldn't sleep and was craving the gym and still craving the gym today but feel a lot less than yesterday. Also high sex drive and random boners yesterday so I think it's returning to baseline now and may experience another surge in a week or so.

  7. Having Spikes indicates brain is rewiring.
This would last all your youth but generally it reduces with age

Great post Orlando. I wonder what the long term effect of abstaining from Orgasm is on male testosterone levels. If you have daily Orgasms for years and then begin abstaining from Orgasms, then would your testosterone levels significantly increase? I assume age would be a factor..
