Hi everyone, as you can read I have reached two weeks without MO, on the first week I have to admit that I watched P like 3 days but thanks God I didn´t M and relapse. Sincé that days I haven´t seen more P.
During these days I haven´t noticed a lot of benefits at all, just a little bit more energy, and one day I was walking and attending a call while a girl that was walking, she smiled me and said hi. This was the first time in my life that happen this to me and that made my day. (By the way I am not ugly jajaj, neither handsome, just shy.)
Fortunately I have not experienced strong urges, hope the next days continue like this.
But the only thing that I have been struggling is continue getting crazy when I see a hot girl, for example, I swim, and it´s difficult for me to not to watch the hot girls with their swim suits. I want to stop that and see them as persons.
    Thanks for Reading.

Is there anyway you can block porn? That can make you fail at any moment. Avoid places where you are easily triggered.

    Thanks for answering.
I don´t think that blocking porn helps me, because anywhere is sexual content social media, movies, tv, etc. I had tried that but every time I failed. Know I am just trying with my will.
But what I don´t understand, possibly it´s because I have a few days of streak, but I don´t want to always look to girls just because their bodies instead of their beautiness in general.
I read from some fapstronauts that with Nofap they stopped being this way, but I don´t notice this on me.

Blockers do not guarantee 100% success but they can help to avoid making us visit hardcore sites which are worse than sexual stuff you would find on social media. A binge after an initial relapse always meant hours of hardcore nasty porn for me which would make rebooting even harder for the next time.

It will take time before you can stop ogling at women like a several months tbh. It takes a long time for the brain to rewire but it;s all worth the pain.

But do these blockers work with tablets and phones? Because the thing is that I have never watched porn on my computer, only on my Tablet, on P websites and also on twitter there are a lot of users that upload P.
Wow that´s a lot of time to recover, well I knew that but I hoped at least to stop that bad habbit.
I try, for example when I am in the pool and see some hot girl I avoid my sight to another point.

It does go away. At least for me it did. But i have to tell you i don't know if this would have been the case when i was in my teens or twenties. There is a certain level of attraction we cannot do away with - it's nature.
EDIT - I should have said "diminish" rather than "go away".

K9 has its own web browser which you can download and disable safari and other web browser. You can also disable downloading apps so you cannot download google chrome or other web browser.

All social medias has triggers and porn in them. This is why most of us have stopped using them. It;s a big sacrifice but in the long run it's worth it.

Thanks man, I think I need to have more control of my nature, because if I dont control it i will continue to be a perv.

Thanks for the tips, I will apply them.
I will get away from social media, as you said it worths it, because for me is always the start of many if not all my relapses.

You're in the right place. These were all the same thoughts I had at two weeks. Give it some more time and you'll notice that even more girls will be saying hi to you ahha. As for the obsessing, that goes away too. You just have to train yourself to remain present when you get them and they will fade. Eventually lasting no more than what is considered normal. Good luck
