Hey my friend, i'm sorry to see you resetted... It's ok, you did a good streak of 2 weeks, your progress is not all lost, really not ! Learn to know your triggers, and try to avoid them in the future. A relapse is only a learning point if we learn the lesson that goes with it! Just start over again asap. As long as you're going forward, you're winning, just don't quit, never quit ! Stay strong !
