Relapse on Day 13. Lost the #NoFapJune challenge. Fresh start from tomorrow.

I'm on Day 11, my earlier best streak was 11. So happy right now.

Today's day 10. Yesterday I got a little dream. I relapsed in the dream. I had not. I will not. I am scared of my dreams.

Week 1 successfully completed

Day 5 : 0 urges. I'm surprised. But I know there will be hard times. Moving forward to completion of the first week.

Day 3 of no PMO. I fought a small urge yesterday. Noticed how I was going to lure myself into doing it, but I controlled effectively.

This month is going to be #NoFapJune ! Lets do this guys.

Relapsed again yesterday. I got to know my urges though.

Ugh. First relapse today. Joined swimming to divert my energies.

Feeling quite good. I am quite ready for the difficulties expected.

Started reboot program for abstaining from pmo today...
