I just learned that flatlining occurs from 2 to 4 weeks, I'm just 6 Days in, feels dumb.

Its not hard & fast rule! Everybody has different physiology, no need to feel dumb mate!! Cheers!!

For me, putting a name on it is important. Helps me understand what I'm feeling. But, in the long run, feeling it and acknowledging my feelings is more important. Take the no urges. As my old AA sponsor would say when I gave him good news, "this too shall pass".
