The porn mentality has really affected my interaction towards women. I find myself at gyms sometimes oogling or stalking attractive girls. I now realised that at least 305 of my time at a gym (often 1h 30) is wasted like this.
I think in future , I will only talk to the one girl who shows interest - she is a member of staff. Often encourages me to go to the gym classes which she runs.
