I'm day 0 mate.. Losing my routine, insomnia, staying alone are some of my triggers!! On previous streaks, I used to pray, exercise, walk & read through success stories & motivation.. It depends on what works & what not.. Some guys here take cold showers to curb the urges.. Do what you feel is right for you, cheers :)
Willpower alone doesnt last long, reading about rebooting, other books & overall improvement in life is the way to go.. I haven't found that balance though but I'm on my way !! Good luck!!
