Basith, very much so mate... through the week I'm fine I can keep busy and porn doesn't enter my mind, once tge weekend turns up I'm in trouble.... to count act this at weekends I'm locking my iPhone in a lock secure place where I can't touch it. I have to counter act this.... 8 days is my longest streak.
So weekends is the biggest base of the enemy camp where all the strategic traps and offense the is prepared for you! Now prepare for the weekend! Also make a systematic plan for you to adapt! Or take no any risk at all be creative, rearrange your memory for all the program that is all on your mind this weekend. Make a culture for weekend, workout, go to your nearest relative or friend.
Or deconstruct your room for competent productivity, or set it up where publicity has more access to you, don't under-estimate this triggers they really have effect, for now and eventually. I if you don't know what to do. Just believe that it is possible. Convince your self that it is possible!
Weekends was my fall period as well. The free time... now i spend it in church, or doing school work. Or odd work around the community. Tip... get busy lad!
