All of them, man. I look at it this way.. I can see you've had a huge struggle past couple of months, and still continuing with the good work.. Considering that I've been idiot enough to let go of opportunities , even when I have some great things going , made me realise how badly and deeply this addiction alters the brain. i am glad i could help. and if you want to know other very wise thing, listen up. Go ahead with NOFAP thats for sure but whatever are you going through in life, dont ever listen to anyone, just listen to youself, cause only we already have those answers inside of us. BUt thats just about my life problem, i screwed up a lot of things last years, I have big hopes for new year though :)
