That's okay mate. It might not be normal to others. But I'll accept you for who you are. What I need you to understand is that you're at the peak of your addiction. You require rape as a trigger for the dopamine release. I suggest you delete those downloaded videos and every time you relapse, start watching lighter porn.

I'm confident it'll work because it worked for me. I was in your position. I followed these simple steps and now I don't need rough porn. You can do this mate. You know it's bad. So let's strike it off from your addiction :-)

Thank you Mr.Bean.But I think lighter porn is still porn,is it OK on NoFap?I guess the light porn will be trigger for deeper or more violent porns.

It's not okay. What I meant was every time I relapse, I watch lighter and lighter porn.
