i notice this, because im also @ low state often but i decided to do just do it and i was in no mood for it and it got easier and now its no bother, laziness just a habit. productivity just a habit too.
You're right!! I just learned that it's almost impossible to really get rid of the bad habits, but the good thing is, you can "replace" them with better ones by changing the ROUTINE in the habit loop. :)
