My name is Vince and I have been struggling with PMO addiction for over 10 years. I have had some bits of success in going a week or two without using PMO, but I always end up coming back to it. Now, I am really feeling like giving this my best shot and getting over PMO once and for all. I am going to try and see how being apart of the NoFap community helps me reach my goal of quitting the use of PMO.
