Hey man, dont be too hard on yourself. No use beating yourself up. Take some time to gather yourself. There's no rush, you dont have to be strong all the time. Its brave to admit your slipping. Asking for help is better than not reaching out. We are reaching out to you as well. Take your time :-)

Took a long walk last time. And lots of prayer. It helps!
