I think you were lonely, too, sweet pea. And lonely isn’t a crime. Maybe what happened is that you had a gigantic-sized hole to fill inside of you and so you put a bunch of things into it that didn’t belong to you because on some subconscious level you thought doing so would make the hole disappear. But it didn’t. You came to understand that. You found a way to begin to heal yourself.
