    Depends how you feel about it. If you had strong urges while watching then it affected something, if you felt normal a just turned it off because you knew what you were doing. Then it shouldn't affect anything.

    Yes, it does affect your reboot. If you are doing NoFap on hard mode, that is no PMO at all, then it is considered a relapse. You need to stay away from those three things. But like @nico2211 said, it's up to you. Stay strong mate.
