Same with me today.. I was trying to add filters in google chrome and firefox and checked my old sites for test, but, yes I was inclined but, didn't moved and closed them.... So long fully in control...
I've made one agreement with myself: I'm going to be completely open about all my P actions to my wife. That has helped enormously.
If I feel urge and remind me I'm going to tell my wife about relapsing, the urge quickly moves away. I guess it's another mindtrick. ;-)
