Truth is, depends on your version of the challenge. Everyone has their own rules. I always had the rules of no PMO, so no Porn, masturbation and orgasm in any way initiated by my own. So if I for example saw a porn add on the internet by accident, I did not regard it as a relapse. But your case, I would've regarded as a relapse since you initiated it on your own
BUT, this is only a minor setback. You still had the resolve to say no and close it. That is a huge improvement as you are battling your addiction. So DO NOT THROW ALL OVERBOARD. Continue the streak, just subtract 5 days from your timeline. Set yourself back to day 25.
The utmost importance is of not actively finding porn and fapping to it. If you do that, then it's back to day 0 for me. But other than that, subtract 10 days if you fapped without porn and 5 days if you looked up girls or whatevs but closed them after you realized you were being a dumbass
So, short answer. No, this is not a hard relapse. It is only a minor slip-up. You lost control very briefly, but got it back. Subtract 5 days from your counter and act like it never happened. Do learn from it however. Learn what triggered it
