    I am a 25 year old male who took a 30 foot fall onto a rock beach last summer. I shattered my right calcaneus, snapped my right femur in two, and shattered my L4, resulting in four major surgeries, 3 weeks in the hospital, and a year of recovery now. I still love to hike, backpack, camp, take roadtrips, do anything outside. My injuries have limited my physical ability and it has been a tough road to accept and love my new body. Doing this in conjunction with the 90-day challenge and all other aspects of a full life is difficult. I know that I can achieve this goal as long as my mind is calm and sharp.
