Are you asking me? You decide if it's a relapse. When you start you have to set your own rule and boundaries. If you looked at porn, I would say, yes, it's a relapse.
I don't think it's a relapse , but it's an alarm sign of an near relapse! I searched for pictures too, i 've seen one for some seconds and then i quitted. But we must avoid it.
I agree with you once again, palindromo. I realized I was "fishing" for porn alot and not counting it a relapse. But it usually led there eventually. I had to set my rules tighter to avoid fishing altogether.
When you start searching for sexual content that's when your brain gets flooded with dopamine and if you don't stop in time, you will relapse. I have done that so many times. So, I thought, why not stop going into those situations altogether.
