1. Porn & Musturbation: For NoFap even I am new, but 1 thing I would tell you is to follow the instructions and tips given my NoFap in its PDF (I trust you have read it). So, to get distracted with porn or erotic content just uninstall all the social media apps & web series apps from your phone. Just convert your smartphone into a dubba/feature phone (keep only study-related apps) or else use a feature phone.
This will help you to not get distracted with the porn stuff, the more you avoid the better it is. When I was in the foundation at that time I did not have a smartphone & that the reason I was able to give time to studies. The smartphone is the main villain for us.
2. Studies: The reason you are not able to study is porn itself and is wasting your time and energy both. (Here NoFap will help you). Now for the study part, you need to evaluate yourself. Just grab every subject and start listing down all the chapters & then in each chapter give a budget time which you might take to do it. This will give you the overall time required to study all your subject & also chapter wise.
Now compare that time with the time you have in hand. Once that is done before going to sleep daily plan what you are going to study tomorrow & with a budgeted time & at the end of the day compare it with the actual hours you studied. This will help you find where and why are you wasting time.
