Nothing worth sharing?! I'm sure you have plenty worth sharing, especially now you're six months in to your journey. I'd be keen to read it anyway.

Plus, your journal is for you. You get to record your WHY. Once you've got this "Why am I quitting porn?" question answered for yourself, written down where you can easily see it again and again and again, you have a big hammer to smash the nagging voice.

The nagging, whispering voice that makes you want to quit, that tells you "it's not that important", or "I'll quit another day". Smash that voice.

Then there's strategic stuff like recording your own triggers, personal goals, specific things that help you to avoid porn, and other things that might be helpful to review.

But anyways, yeah, can highly recommend a journal.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but i lost my 6 month streak nearly 2 month ago, i have nothing to lose if i start a journal, but i will be bad at keeping up with it, and i believe everyone should learn from their own experiences and journeys, i've been trying to quit since 2 years, and i have find the reasons and strategies to go on. @EndPornLiveLife

You haven't disappointed me at all. I actually didn't know that you had a 6 month streak - I was just going by your profile - says you joined NoFap "Mar 16, 2020". If you've been going for two years, and have had a six month streak, then you have plenty more you could write down :-) Each to his own though.
