When God forgives sin, he pays your debt for you. When you forgive others, you must resolve their 'debt.' If what you are forgiving is unforgivable, then paying their 'debt' feels so so so unfair, but the same is true when God forgives you for even the smallest wrong.
According to the Bible, God cannot forgive sin without payment, since he is perfect and therefore, a perfect Judge. Only an imperfect judge can dismiss sin without payment. The only payment of blood that could satisfy the anger of God was his own, perfect blood (Jesus Christ). Since God forgives you unfairly, so you must also do.
I mean, to hospitals, yes, but because we are sinners, our Blood would be unable to satiate the wrath of God, even if we shed our blood till the end of the world. Our blood is imperfect. Only the blood of God's son was perfect and able to do this: cancel the debt of sin and cancel God's wrath.
