However, I am determined to quit this pattern. In my case, I have realized that I really need a convicting reason to do NoFap or else I won't have the mental fortitude to abstain from relapsing. I have that reason; I am tired of continuing this cycle! Will update again once I have my foot in the door - so in a few days or so
You should really think about yourself or your God (if your religious) it’s good to have a reason to continue or else your just doing it for yourself, which is also fine, anyways good luck to you on your new streak.
