I have to run as double, as hard as i can, learn everything without the fear of the actual learning. I have to FOCUS.

It’s really a problem of time. Of the environment where everyone as great as each other. Like you have to catch up.

I mean there’s no time left for me to hang around, chit chat, make a noise. I have to just focus on myself, not let myself down first, then my people.
