Dont worry jarad. Go through past self talks or journals (if you've made some). Chill. Dont focus on your urges or horniness. Take your mind away. You're just an inch away from succeeding.
We need to go through these urges so that in the future urges will be nothing for us. The more extreme the urges are, the better. Since we get used to it and nothing can overcome us in the future. You'll get through it jarad. Remember a relapse means 5 seconds of abnormal dopamine spike resulting in an enormous number of days of regret.
