First, don't panic. Secondly, don't be mad at yourself as negative emotions can cause a binge. Thirdly, identify what this repeated mistake is. Fourthly, Plan a strategy that will help you when you are in a similar situation in future. In this way you learn and become more resilient my friend.
'Tis alright brother. I used to do it once every 3 days. With persistence I made it to 7-8 days. No it's easier for me to reach those days easily.
Remember it takes time to break bad habits and this habit has been with us for years. It's gonna take a while.
So relax and have faith. What you did is normal. Now try reaching more than 10, maybe 12 is a good start.
You can't keep white-knuckling this addiction. Are you doing introspective work (e.g. journaling) when you relapse, encounter a slip up, or whenever you're in a generally bad mood that *could* lead to a relapse? If not, you're not going to learn from your mistakes.
You need to dig deep down in yourself to identify the root problem of your addiction. That's hard to do, and requires practice, so if it's too much then start small: when you relapse or slip-up, start by identifying the emotions behind that, which is typically done through self-talk/journaling. Once you identify those emotions, figure out a solution that'll prevent you from making the same mistake next time.
@Indian Youth Why are you doing mistakes repeatedly, just figure that out buddy.
Are you properly putting efforts? Are you eating healthy and not overeating.
