Stay away from binging into PMO brothers,binging can last for months if u are not careful. Get back on track as soon as possible. May god help us.

@Halim212 .. I will!! i felt stronger during the last relapse.. that time i was like a zombie for a few days... and relapsed for 3 days in a row.. but now i dont even binge now..and now i just finished hitting the gym..andfeel ok..
