    Drink cool water and take a cool shower once per day. If you use an air conditioner it's good. It works for me. Be a cool guy.

    Type 2 - heaven emotions.
    When you have evil emotions to fapping or watching porn , you must simply reject those evil thoughts. Being celibate is a heaven emotion. You must accept heaven emotions.
