Industry promotes it as an elixir of health, but i find it suspicious. However, i do agree it can help with fat loss, but i do believe it is far from super-food.
It's not a food. It's not healthy. If you want to learn more the book is called "caffeine blues''. If you youtube ''çaffeine anxiety'' you will see testimonies of people who are feeling bad with it. I do feel bad about myself. It is a drug but we first gotta wake to it's dangers.
