  Finally hit the plateau in terms of weight loss. Didn't lose any this week holding steady at 200 lbs. Got to adjust my macros.

    Just lucky. I've got my calorie deficit right, so I lose a lot. I've lost 20 pounds so far, it's getting more difficult. I feel so much healthier.
