Thank you guys, you're totally right. I really appreciate your words. To be honest, I just reset again this morning. I'm a little bit ashamed about it. I know why it happend and I'm currently working on a new structure for me to not fall back into old habits. I always need a few 2-4 week streaks to find a new direction. I don't know if this is bad or good. I haven't looked at porn.
I really like to be here and enjoy to support others, but latley I also procastinated a lot with just spending too much time here. I'm not sure yet how I want to spend my time here the next few weeks & months, but time will tell. I would appreciate your input guys.
I have also spent a lot of time here since I joined. In the beginning and middle it was probably too much. And I am probably checking it too much at times as well. But at the same time it's to keep me sane and to check with you guys as well. So it ends up as being not as much about me, but you about us and our journey together. If you know what I mean?
I fully respect you taking a step back, maybe you need it, maybe you don't. You are the only one who can know that. Just maybe make sure that the time spent here is beneficial to you, if you feel that, then there is nothing wrong with it. Hey buddy, Me too knows that shame. I felt 1000 times before. I recognize. Nofap is a great place but I also know it's "virtual" stuff. I have also a real life to pick up.
Maybe it's a matter of balance....
I think I have to spend less time the coming weeks here. Let's see.
