Bad, since i still didn't overcome bad habits as waking up late,today for example, i woke up at 2 pm, but i think that it shouldn't be a problem to do the 30 days, so Nofap currently isn't my biggest problem
Oh and did you realize that i changed my name to
'730 days' ? That's because this is my ultimate goal. I won't continue the journal and i explained why in the very last entry, but i will continue updating my status every day,
to show that i'm still in the game. And after 730 days,which is 2 years, i will come back with another, entry for the journal, maybe i'll just start a new thread and i will tell you all about how i changed and what i achieved during these 2 years.
The goal of doing nofap is to replace our bad habits with something new :) I am sure you can do this dude, simply abstaining from porn won't be enough. I am still with you man, :)
