    Congrats on 65 days on celibacy :) im no doc but if the pain is unbearable you have to see your doc asap, if its bearable its probably just blue balls and it will go away, cant say when but it will.

    I would agree. Rate the pain and keep an eye on it. 1 symptom i.e. ball pain, without any other symptoms, is probably just blue balls. BUT I am not a doctor so get checked out if it persists!
