Hey rock it1, for me I think its important to remember to surrender to your addiction daily. By that I don't mean giving into your addiction, but remember that if you start again you won't be able to stop. For me I am religious so for me this is done a lot through prayer. If you're not religious yourself but believe in a higher power this could look like reaching out to it for help.
