Went on a meetup social event. Lots of laughter. And just did an 30-min running on a park. That's a start but this helped my brain a lot.

10th day sober. Got some urges but I embraced them by breathing and calming my mind.

Day 0 : Resetting the clock but I will just keep going. Come on !!!

Day 7 guys. Watching World Cup Football distracted me from PMO.
