İ am so much aggressive recent days

    hi guys,

    This is my second hard mode try i am in 52 days last time i had to broke because of the finals... This time its going to be successfull anyway. But the problem is i am so much aggressive and constantly i wanna fight with someone. Always i have unnecessary and hard debates. Fired from work because of this debates. its getting harder and harder. What should i do? Like cold shower or something? and also regularly i am out to daygame for get rid of this aggressiveness. İts working actually.

    Cardiovascular exercise like running, hiking, or riding a bike always helps me feel more relaxed and grounded in reality. Another thing you might want to consider is meditation (or prayer, if you're spiritual). Take fifteen minutes out of your day to just sit and focus on your breathing. It really relaxes you and makes you feel more centered. Hope that helps!
     
  3. Meditation, prayer, mindfulness, enough sleep, exercise and anything what makes you happy and relaxed (except addictive things like drugs, porn, excessively playing in video games. ) :)
     
  4. Maybe some time on a heavy bag? It can help get rid of some aggressive feelings.

    You can take 1 of 2 routes. Some people really find that prayer, meditation, and listening to soothing music helps. If you're like me it requires working out or doing something physical to vent all of my anger and frustration. Confide in a friend maybe and tell them that you just need to vent for a bit. If you feel these things aren't working, I would see a therapist. They can help us to find tools to calm down

    I suggest boxing as a good stress reliever, works for me.

    Exercise, meditation, prayer if you're religious, etc should help. From experience it's part of the recovery process because I've been pretty irritable too 50+ days in. Positive inducing activities seem to curb such.
