you miss the point nofap is only about stopping porn use some people believe in stopping masturbation to but the one thing we have in common is stopping porn use as it has negative effects on the brain ejaculation isn't that bad for your brain the porn is.

These forums are for two types of people:

The problem we experience today in our life is that when we do masturbate we do it using online porn as a stimulus and that becomes addicting, its not normal or beneficial for a person in their twenties or thirties sit there for many hours a day and masturbate to pixels, it fucks up your mind, your perspective of the opposite sex and your relationship's intimacy (if you have ever been in one )... So when I tried to stop I couldn't, I looked up online and saw the ted talkby gary and was like 'yep that's me!!!' and decided to cut my porn addiction and then I realized how fucking hard it is, so that's why these forums exist.

 

I think you've missed the point of rebooting. Doing nofap is not about repressing your sexuality or sexual urges. For many of us, our use of pornography became excessive to the point where it was impacting our lives in negative ways. So, we decided to quit. However, it is only after you try and get clean that you realise how addictive it is. Rebooting is about rewiring the brain to a state close to when we were not (excessively) using pornography.

If you want to keep edging to porn, sure go ahead. Who's stopping you? And it's not our business to judge you on your decisions. But don't be surprised that people here disagree with your style. I suggest that using this forum is not the best use of your time, if you are wanting to continue using the same approach.
