13 months of no porn NoFap but i am Happy At all

    Hi everyone
    I have not watched porn for 13 months and not having the need
    When it came to ejaculating i never intentionally do it only ejaculate two times with no cause in one year
    The first i was swimming and suddenly got erection them ejaculation with no reason
    Second got sexual ideas and with no touch i found my self releasing sperm

    That is new to me i have become too sensitive to any sexual or exciting action iam 29 and never had sex in my life for religious reasons
    Should i be worry of PE or see a doctor or quite NOFAP cause it could be a side effect of nofap

    If it's only happened twice in a year I wouldn't be too worried about it. I think it's ok for you to masturbate but don't use porn or think about it.
